Selling my 2013 X5M with 24k miles.

The good:
Low mileage
Properly maintained while owned, with all paperwork
Fully transferable CarMax warranty until 1/6/2023
Interior is 9 out of 10 - leather is near mint
Will come with Velos tune with handheld (not currently installed)

The bad:
Title is held by my credit union - Andigo. Sale price will cover. I understand this will turn folks off. I have sold several vehicles under this circumstance, through both eBay and auto trader. My eBay username is seaniemac4 and have 100% feedback with over 1k transaction (majority were purchases, but I've sold 2 5-series and a Ducati on there and my feedback as a seller will present that). I'd be happy to work with the potential buyer in any way I can to ensure comfort in what is no doubt a sticky situation. That includes going to one of the credit union's brick and mortar locations with the potential buyer, etc. Also, has a ding on the passenger side trim that I tried to capture. Normal chips from highway driving, etc. Not a highly optioned example.

Carbon black metallic on black. 2nd owner, purchased from CarMax 1/6/2018 with just over 11k miles. Has fully transferable CarMax MaxCare warranty until 1/6/2023 or 75k miles. Warranty has $50 deductible unless brought to CarMax, where there is no deductible. Modifications include black X5M tag on the rear hatch, OEM BMW Performance kidney grilles, 1.2" drop with H&R springs and link, along with 12mm spacers up front and 15mm spacers in the rear. Have stock springs and kidney grilles which will be included. Also have front license plate bracket which will be included. I purchased a Velos tune and installed it in early December 2018, then had to remove it the following January to pass emissions. It has not been back on since. This will be included in the sale if buyer wants it. Launch mode has never been used. I've opened the truck up on the expressway, but it has in no way been beat on. Was really driven on family road trips. Majority of mileage is highway. Truck has seen snow twice while I've owned it - the day I brought it home and the day I took it for emissions testing. New Continentals installed at 21k miles. Comes with BMW spare kit. Next oil change is 29k miles or 4/2020. No other major service needed per iDrive until at least 12k miles out. I've had all service done at an indy called RN Bavarian Motors in Chicago. Happy to bring to a local mechanic/dealer for a PPI at buyer's expense. VIN is 5YMGY0C54D0C12012. Not fully optioned:
