Under Hood Washer Fluid Hose Routing
Hi everyone. Kind of an odd situation: I opened my hood today to hook up my battery tender, and noticed the washer fluid hose (wrapped in insulating fabric tape) routed along the passenger side hood strut seemed to be hanging up (not collapsing cleanly into the plastic cover) when I closed the hood. It may be stiff because it’s very cold here, but does anyone have any advice on how that tubing should collapse when I close the hood? I don’t want to stress, pinch, or otherwise break it. Thanks in advance!

I can't promise my own hood is routed per factory specs as the PO had a Vorsteiner hood installed, but I would be happy to take a couple pics if that would help.

Of course even the smallest of the three I took is too large for uploading here. If you want to drop me a PM with a cell or email, I'll send them that way.
