MA Inspection with MHD tune

As titles says, it's that time of the year.

I have MHD installed for Stage 2+ with catless downpipes installed. When I first flashed it, I UNCHECKED the OEM/Cats box. When I plugged in the OBDII reader, the cats read INC as it should, EVAP was OK, BUT the O2 Sensor read N/A.

Will I pass inspection considering Cats INC will be the 1 incomplete that I am allowed or will the O2 Sensor being N/A fail me?

Note: I reflashed and CHECKED the OEM/Cats box (yes even when I have catless downpipes), my O2 became OK after driving for a bit but EVAP takes forever and also I get P0420 code. I'm thinking the code came on because the car is confused because I have no cats and it's thinking I do. But I'm sure I'll fail inspection leaving it in this state.

Anyone got any input on this?

on my 335i there is a thing called a downpipe fix if you dont want to install your stock cats. MHD makes that a shadow code

it's not a shadow code, mhd makes the downpipe code a shadow one which means that it doesn't trigger your check engine light with the flash but your ecu is still reading it as a CEL check vrsf.com it's called a downpipe fix.

Sorry for the late response. But yeah I passed. What I did was I reflashed MHD Stage 2+ BUT I CHECKED the "OEM/Cat" box even though I'm running catless. I installed a flouer on the O2 sensor moving it like 1.5 inches away from the downpipe. I cleared all the codes and drove for a bit.

I checked for codes again and it was good, everything turned ready except for Evap and in MA you are allowed one incomplete so I passed with that.

But sadly after all this headache of trying to pass inspection and constantly flashing the car, I got a 2DD8 code which my valvetronic servo motor is malfunction so that will require repair.
