Opportunity for someone, or can we help this person out?

**UPDATE** Either removed or flagged... Classic Craigslist.

Saw this on craigslist today:

Unfortunate for this guy, but could be an opportunity for someone else to pick up a X5 M with lower miles. (It has lower miles than my own and I paid over twice as much lol )

https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto...747730197.html

Also maybe someone knows how to fix the ECU issue or get a dirty smog...

That is a very great deal. I used to live in the bay area and commute to Tracy. I always pass Fremont everyday. Too bad I can't check this out anymore

If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

I would proceed with caution. Nobody wants to lose money on a vehicle unless it's a problem.

15k for the X5M with 60k+ is insane, not sure if I believe the story told...

I also think I saw this car before or maybe its just look like somebody else I knew...

in any way good luck to whoever picks it up! make sure to get the Indy inspection done and pay close attention to the engine parts!

That is a great deal, basically sounds like they need to charge the battery more, and try to start and drive it.

The mechanic is responsible. He re-flashed the ECU with stock software and problem arose.
Send it back to him. Shipping is not as expensive as touted. On a bulk carrier its not more then a few hundred dollars. More on a solo covered trailer.

Most likely, it is a $15k "Garden Ornament " LOL

I emailed him immediately after he posted. Never heard a response back. I was ready to meet with cash and a tow truck as I've been shopping for that exact color combo X5M for months and haven't found anything.
