Eyeing a 2011

We are car shopping and we are liking the BMW X5. We initially liked the Audi Q7 as well, but it was a very rough ride compared to the X5. We found this one well under what we were expecting to pay and I have a few questions about it.

2011 BMW X5 xDrive35i
3.0 I6 (Turbocharged?)
93,000 miles
CEL is on (P0456)

What are the most common issues I should look for?
I assume the P0456 can most likely be solved by a new gas cap, but what's worst case scenario?
The sunroof frame had some water streaks on it. Maybe the detailer just missed them, or maybe it leaks?
Would you have any reservations about purchasing this vehicle?

Whats the price on this one?
Id strongly suggest you get a ppi on the car before considering buying it.
Seems fairly optioned up, ventilated and active seats too it seems.
