CCC->CIC retrofit in a pre-LCI E70 X5

I think I understand what work I need to do (repin a cable, buy the looms to connect it up, code, patch the unit) - but wanted to check if there's anything that won't work.

Specifically thinking of the aux in, bluetooth telephone audio and reversing camera - the car has these as standard and working with CCC but I'm not sure they'll work with a retrofitted CIC system? Or what else I'll need to do to make them work?

Can anyone help?

Would you not be tempted to fit an aftermarket android Head Unit in? I know most of those come with a loom for both CIC/CCC and you also get RCA's for rear cameras, subs etc.
