Halo's staying on?

I recently found water in my rear driver's side. I got it all out and fixed what I think was the problem (stopped up moon roof drain). Been having battery related problems. So I put in a new battery and did a battery registration. I noticed tonight my Halo's are staying on, dim but staying on? What would cause that?
I did notice one side is brighter than the other. Picture is not the best. But they are on.
