Reset Service Indicator

How do I reset the service indicator? My '13 X5 is saying its due for service. iDrive states the car is due for a state inspection but I where live I no longer require yearly inspections.

Click on the inspection status message and change month/year.

Service Rquested

I have a 2009 335i sedan and when I go to vehicle information on iDrive is says service required even though when I click on it everything is labeled as 'OK'. I just installed some Weisslicht LED's for the halos so I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it because they are supposed to be error free. I also did a TPM reset. Any help would be appreciated before I go buy an OBD tool to figure out what's going on. Also if you know how to reset it that would be great as well. Thanks in advance!
