Single rear window stopped working

I have a 2011 X5.

One of the kids was non stop playing (up and down over and over) with the window today. I likely was countering his presses until I put the kid lock on. Now that window doesn't work. Luckily it's up.

Any ideas what this may be?

The window motor or window regulator.
Or may have over worked it.

Sometimes I’ve had the issue where mirrors or door locks stop working for a bit because I clicked the button so much.

Let it sit for an hour and try again?
If not try resetting the window regulator.
