2010 X5, xdrive30i - Whistling sound from engine bay

My 2010 X5, 30i, I believe it's the N52 engine gasoline engine ... All of the sudden started making this whistling sound from the front of the engine. I can't tell if it's from the front, the left or right side. it just sounds loud and the engine Bay. It will go away once I turn off the engine, restart the car and the sound is gone. The sun would come on spractically, Once a month. I took a video.. I opened up the oil I opened up The fill oil cap the reception and the engine and the sound did not go away completely. It just tapered down While the engine is running.My valve covered does not contain that circular CCV valve. And the sound does not appear to be coming from the oil filter... I believe I do have an OEM filter. But I will be changing the filter to a mann filter...

I was not able to upload a video.... Hopefully somebody here knows what the issue might be.
