BMW X5 2013 Passenger side door lock issue

I have BMW X5 xDrive 35i and since yesterday I noticed that the passenger side door electronic locking / unlocking system is not working. I checked the 3 fuses associated with central locking system as per the fuse chart (F27, F28 & F30) and all 3 fuses are fine. When the central locking system is operated I do hear the actuator click inside the passenger side door so the actuator is working but the door does not lock or unlock. The manual opening and closing of door is ok and all other doors are working fine. Any suggestions ?

Hi,
I was wondering if you were able resolve this issue and how did you do that?
I have 2013 X5 with soft close doors and have the same issue as you did. BMW has quoted $1645 to fix it.
TIA
