E70 strange noise on Idle, any ideas anyone?

Hey

My e70 3.0d is getting on but I still have it and has been super reliable considering close to 200,000Km on the clock. Changed the Turbo Boost sensor a few weeks ago and motor hasn't felt this good since it was new. Anyway while the engine cover was off I noticed a strange noise during idle (and I may be wrong) but only while warming up. No warning lights or codes.

Here's a YT vid that hopefully captures the noise. It's like it's coughing. Notice also the hose that's jolting in sync with the noise as well. I assume that's a vacuum hose but maybe someone can fill me in a little more.

Hope someone can help.

Thanks X'ers
