Just joined the club!
Hi all, I just picked up my first X5 and figured I'd introduce myself! My daily is an E90 M3, so I've been here on Bimmerpost for quite a while...but I'm brand new to the X5 side of things.
We've been in the market for a new family hauler for a while, and finally an E70 hit the market on Saturday that checked all the boxes. It's a pristine 35d sport package, sparkling bronze metallic with sand beige interior, right at 50k miles. I've probably been to 20 dealerships checking out used X5s over the past few months, and this was the first E70 I saw that had both the sport package (a requirement of mine) and an absolutely flawless interior (my wife's main concern), so we jumped on it. At 1.5 days into my ownership, I'm proud to announce that I love the beast! It handles family hauling and grocery getting duties with aplomb, and it looks pretty good keeping my ///M car company. Anyhow, just wanted to say hello, glad to be joining you fellow X owners! |

I would at the very least delete the egr and or scr. If you are after power then you can delete everything and go stage 2.8 like me. Check out my build thread in the sig for more details

Appreciate the welcomes, and the love for the color! I'm really digging the sparkling bronze, much more interesting color in person than I would have thought. Really takes on a completely different look depending on the light you catch it in

Welcome! I own 2 X5d's one deleted and one not. One is quieter and smells better. One is a heck of a lot more fun to drive. I will let you guess which is which |
