Air Upgrade F10 M5 Factory s63TU exhaust manifold and Turbos
This set is a must have if trying to get some real horsepower for your s63! You can have a better setup without having to send out your factory s63 turbos and build better for less! Bought these with plans to swap out the restrictive factory s63 setup on my x6m(e71) and I've just got too many projects at hand. Manifolds are from a 13' F10 with about 40k miles as I was told, both pieces and will not seperate to different buyers! $1200 The Turbo miles are unknown, but look to be incredibly low mileage. No play at all and free spins very smooth and good to go! $1400 Set is $2500 plus PayPal fee Items located in Texas. All reasonable offers are welcome! I ship all items Sig required, and I'm a very seasoned seller in the diesel performance forum world(over $40k in parts sold in classifieds). I know the red flags when I see them so please do not waste my time! |

From what was explained to me since it's both the turbos and manifold it's pretty straight forward and that your factory downpipes will line up.

Hey Performancedieselpros...
Are these a DIRECT bolt on or will other modifications needed? At the risk of diving deeper into the rabbit hole, what do you think these manifolds will do for me? Obviously, I don't think I need the turbos... |

I mean just manifolds alone Id expect faster bottom end response and harder pulling top end due to design moving air better and matching your modified turbos. Remember the increased rpm range that the s63tu has has a lot to do with being able to control exhaust pressures better due to manifold and turbo design. If I remember correctly you have stage 2s s63 turbos which the turbo to manifold flange on the manifold if I remember correctly will need to be machine or ground down to match (Don't quote me on that as that's why I just got the complete set for the M5.) Nothing that's difficult though! Changing fluids on diffs and trans are harder lol! Kevin |

Why is the factory exhaust manifold restrictive on the S63?
