X5M X5 E70 trim on X6M?

hey everyone, i found some trim panels for a E70 that i really want to get, but i just want to reconfirm that all the wood/carbon trim panels are swappable between the E70 and E71, they look about right, including the upper glovebox.


Anyone have any issues or concerns regarding the swap over?

dash and all front pieces will be the same, front doors should match as well, the rear door panels most likely will not work as rear doors panels are different sizes, now this is true for panels themselves I assume its the same for the door trim but I would suggest to go to RealOEM and cross check part numbers.

So i pulled up the RealOEM part #'s

the part #'s are dif, but the images are the exact same...

u won't see the difference just by eyeballing, it could be an inch difference if not less.
I'm just warning u as I went thru same process while ordering leather door panels last year, in my case I was looking for panels for x5m and almost bought panels from x6m (same car I bought my leather dash from) luckuly I did more research and ended up not buying them, I did finally found a set from x5m and it worked great!

save uself trouble and do little more research!
