Frustrating front end rattle

So on my 2011 50i (standard suspension) I have been chasing a rattle in my front end for a few months now. It's a rattle that occurs over sharp pavement bumps at speeds of 30 mph or less. No noise when at speed. I can feel the clunk in the driver side footwell when it occurs.

I have replaced the end links to the swaybar, had the front end checked by a tech and had an alignment done. Still there. This weekend I rebuilt the front suspension with new Sachs struts and replaced all the bump stops and foam rings. Still there.

The front end feels tight as far as steering goes and I can't find any loose parts anywhere. Any ideas?

My thoughts would be tension struts, wheel bearing, or axle if you already did the endlinks. Of course a tech should have easily caught any of those items, so may swaybar bushings to the frame?

I was thinking the sway bar bushings to frame to but they seemed tight when I checked them.

What's the best way to check the tension struts?
