A/C annoying noise

Hey guys, got a little problem, the A/C started making the noise in the video below about 2 months ago, it used to be on a start usually after the car was sitting for a while and I'd turn on the A/C it used to be really loud and would last for a few minutes, stopping if A/C was turned off. Now that doesn't seem to be an issue, however there is a constant quieter noise now, seems like something is rubbing or something. Check it out in the video its a pretty annoying background sound. Also I have had it where the A/C would be on, and it would be making noise but not blow any air, and yes I checked idrive settings and stuff. If anyone can offer me any advice or solutions ill be very thankful, or link me to a previous thread with such issue. Thanks!

Here's an updated video, it has gotten louder from that time, but also has had moments where it would disappear. Any help in diagnosing would be great!
