Does the tailgate clear any hitch bike racks?

New here, haven't picked up my E70 yet, but I'm planning on doing a tray-based 2-bike hitch rack (Kuat like everyone else, or similar).

Question is, can the tailgate open with any of these racks folded 'up' (eg, no bikes on it)?

Obviously the height of the bike itself will be the limiting factor when bikes are actually in place.

If the hatch doesn't clear any of them, then I might as well get whichever I like best from a features standpoint, but I wanted to start by seeing if there were X5-specific reasons to prefer one over another.

thanks!

To answer my own question, at the very least, the 1up has the best likelihood of clearing. It's only 11" from top of hitch receiver to top of rack when folded; the x5's split tailgate means it'll almost certainly clear. In fact it'll probably clear the 2 bike 22" measurement.

Rack arrives tuesday, X5 arrives.. maybe next week, maybe after my vacation.
