Strange noise

Hy everyone, i have a problem with my x5 e70 lci 4.0d, after the engine warms up and i m at a traffic light in drive with my foot on the brake, i hear a noise as if two plastics are touching 'jamming' if i move the steering wheel stops for few seconds after it is heard again, i change the engine and gear box mounts but it still heard, i dont know what else to do if you can help me. Thanks.

Impossible to diagnose noises over the Internet. Especially if we can't hear it!
