Those LEDs headlights are amazing looking! I would love to have them installed but not sure if the price for those new headlights are justifiable

If you decide to install yourself, looking at approximate parts cost:
- Left LED light with modules $1200
- Right LED light with modules $1200
- FRM3 module - $350
- Wire harness - $100
- Misc items - $100
Total cost approx $3000

Love the led headlights!

Thanks for the price list btw. Pricing really doesn't seem that bad now considering how much aftermarket stuff costs for these cars.

63117359371 - left
63117359372 - right
63117307528 - LED main light module
63117182396 - Control unit, cornering light with cover
61359308375 - Footwell module 3

I do not have part# for the harness, but can give you a link where to purchase it. And yes, you will need to change Vehicle Order and re-code several modules. It is not difficult at all.

Yes, I did it all myself Coded all myself as well I can answer any question related to this retrofit, since I did it all myself. At first I was a little skeptical about it and asked my local BMW stealership for a price quote to install it. They refused to do it. It is not available in USA only in Europe. I am actually glad that they refused, saved me at least $1500 in installation fees

I am not car enthusiast, you should write a post a about this. I will try to order the part from parts department.

The price was dropped from $6000 to $3000 that's acceptable.

Damn you need that many parts just to get the headlights to work? Are they even that bright? Low beams are LEDs too correct?

Low beams are LED, high beams are LED, turn signals are LED, daytime running lights (O-Rings) are LED. Very bright. So bright that even with low beams on I had on-coming drivers flash me, thinking that I have high-beams on. This is one of those retrofits that I am totally satisfied with improvement over the original headlights that came with my X6M.
