Came off x6M. I need to resize the rear bore so couldn't properly test fit the rim. The front fits fine but the rears are:

22x13 offset +22?

Front is good size is 22x12 +36

WOW, those are monsters...

What are you trying to put them on?
I'm assuming an E70 of some type...
Yes, should work OK, for example vs an OE 214 style wheel:

That's what I thought too. I'm going to have buy new tires all around. These ones has bubbles in them. It's going on an x5 e70. Just need to get the wheels rebored to 74.1.

Tires will be 295/35/22 and 325/35/22 - a bit stretched at the rear but I'd rather have that than go with 335/25. Thoughts?

Hi,

I guess it will work, but the circumference difference between the fronts and rears is more than I would like at 2.7%, you want to keep this as close to zero as you can.

I run a 335/25 on my 12" wide rear wheels, and they are more stretched than I would like, so I really think you are going to have a tough time with a 325 on a 13" wide wheel, but technically you can do it.

Instead of having your wheels bored, you could use these H&R Adapters on the rears...
They will adapt the 72.5mm wheels to fit a 74.1mm hub, but you will need longer bolts.
It will push the wheels out another 15mm, for a total of 55mm (40 offset+ 15 adapter) so that may be a problem with poke, but it's an option.

Thanks,
John

Will this cause extra load to the transmission/ drivetrain or cause any faults?

My other choice is 335/25/22 but oh boy that will be a rough ride. Trying to stick to thicker side. Do you have recommendations?

Any difference in circumference from front to rear is less than ideal, but even the BMW OE 275/40-20 and 315/35-20 has a small difference (.2%).

I think if you read the many posts available on 22" wheels, you will find people running either a square setup of some sort, or 295-335 combos for staggered.

What size are the tires that you are replacing on the wheels from X6M?

Update:

After having the rears rebored. I'm very happy with the outcome. The ride is decent. I have the lowering springs and links but I think it looks good the way it is. My wife drives this so she might not want the stiffness of a lowered car on 22s I went with 335/25 rear and 295/35 front.

Any view from the rear to see how far they stick out past the fender edges?

I was curious to see what 22s looked with the wheel gap on a black x5- looks good. I went with 20s bc i can't afford bigger tires...lol

It's perfect. It doesn't stick out at all.
