I got quoted $550 yesterday that without tires (if I just bring the wheels to the shop)

I used G2 paint, it looks good from far, but far from looking good if you really stare at it. I need to paint it again, I live really close to the coast, by the time i got the calipers prepped it was midnight and the fog started to roll in.

Paint wouldnt stick like it does in the videos, going to give it another shot when the temps warm up in a few weeks.

It started out cheap cause i wanted to go satin and that was based on the feedback on the forums, i have a BSM 550 with high gloss f14s and it looks great, so last minute i asked them to go high gloss so i had to pay extra, they took care of mounting the tires and balancing them. I was quoted 350 for the satin black, but the high gloss cost me 550. Do your research I shouldnt have paid more than 400 but last week was the only rare week i could have the suv down for a few days.

The pictures don't do it justice, i also order a griot's garage orbital polisher with a paint correction kit, going to clean it up and send more pictures. I also have a few things lined up next, i want to vinyl wrap the headlights and tailights to give them a slight smoke and then lower the car with the H&R kit.

Appreciate your reply! If you'll have a chance can u pls take a closer look pictures of the wheels? I'm trying to decide if I want to powder coat or not! Also thx for the quote, I thought $550 was ok but if you saying I shouldn't pay more than $400 for mat or satin finish I will look more.

Here you go, that was when i first got the wheels, hence the home depot stickers. I am going to take better pictures when the rain clears up and i wipe them down. Let me know if you want better ones or not.

That's dark tint all around looks so good, if I didn't get tickets for tint already, I'd do my windshield, but that would get my local police too moist.

Love the yellow calipers, as well. I know you said you did them, but is it paint or powedercoat?

Yeah it's not legal here but I've got it and front windshield. They don't really hassle much anymore. And yup the calipers are just paint

In my opinion AW is the best color choice for u location! also goes very well with your rear plate
