What other costs are involved other than purchase price plus sales tax?

What SHOULD they cost? Going to closing table soon....

They tried to stick me with some additional fee of about $350 when I went to financing and I refused. It became tense as they would not budge so I walked out and as I was getting in my car to leave with my wife - surprise, the General Manager waived the "extra-required fee." So, I truly only paid the $700 over invoice minus the $4,500 rebate.
