My new X5 Lowered and 22's HRE Black

Lowered , HRE's, Tinted, de badged , black Ex tips and doing today running boards and sport flares!....I would like to paint the gray grill black!

Cant wait to see the flares. I have them sitting in my basement to put on but waiting for the wheels to come in. Whats the offset look on the wheels with the straight flares? Do they stick out a tad?

H&R springs ride is good .
