Class Action Voucher

Who else got one of these vouchers due to the class action Bang v BMW RE; N63 engine issue with oil etc....

Apparently we get either a

$1500 voucher towards 6 or 7 series

Or

$1000 voucher towards other bmw vehicles

Must be redeemed 1 year from settlement date.[IMG][/IMG]

If legit, it appears the attorneys got paid to do absolutely nothing for the claimants; a worthless coupon settlement.

I agree. Class actions are rip offs and Attorney cash cows....it's legit though. If you owned a N63 equipped vehicle within the dates specified they will send you a letter with your VIN already on it as proof so you can redeem your voucher at your local bmw center
