H&R 1.2" lowering springs on x6m/x5m

Hey guys,

For everyone that installed the lowering springs on the x6m or x5m, did the back drop more than the front? I went with the 1.2" drop in the front and 1.0
in the back but after it was installed, visually the back looks lower than the front...is it suppose to be like that or did the shop mess up? I always thought the back should be higher than the front for that aggressive stance but i could be wrong. Also i find the ride a lot bouncier, is this going to get better once the springs have settled? thanks

There are threads about this somewhere. The consensus is; you need to adjust the links until the back is higher than the front.

That is what i figured but wanted to make sure. I'll let the shop know to re-adjust the links. Thanks!

raised the car about 0.5" on the back and oh man, what a difference! no more bounciness...it rides just like oem. but the shop couldnt do front alignment because tie rods on both sides are seized. Is it an easy DIY if i get the parts ?

Ha they told me the same thing. They were able to do the alignment but the right tie rod end was seized they said.
