3.5" Turboback 321 Stainless Steel Exhaust by Unobtainium Welding (DPF/SCR/Urea deleted)
GSR Technik Flash Tune (Now called HD Tuning) for about 3 years; great tune!
Recently switched to a DUDMD tune (2 years) and it's also very good and fixed a midrange issue that I could've had fixed with HD, however I wanted to try DudMD and the experience was flawless.

Holy shit that is the most awesome thing I've ever seen. The sound is reminiscent of a 2003 Ford F350 I built with a buddy... Need some dyno plots after tune! And some vids with it under load!

That workmanship is fantastic on the piping and welds.

I wonder though, if the tips wouldn't be better a bit more extended out of the bumper, to prevent bumper soot? Minus that, it looks damn perfect aesthetically.

One of the best welders on the planet; I paid for beauty and it was more than that installed. 321 Stainless isn't cheap along with all the work to remove the exhaust system and custom flanges, etc... not to mention perfect welds.

That is beautiful craftsmanship.

What HP is expected with this DPF delete?
MPG improvement?

I'm expecting about 300-330rwhp and around 580-620rwtq. Depends on the dyno too and it hasn't had a baseline and the dyno is at about 3500ft elevation. Mainly for reliability as the DPF has limped on me once and I don't want it to happen again...the sound is the second reason...increased spool and power a 3rd with reduced egts...better mpg is a bonus! Europe reports say 5mpg improvements but I'll be happy with 2.

That is so cool. I want to do that so badly. But how the heck can I pass an emissions test here in NC, USA?

Wow!!! Beast! Who knows of how to get this in the states, more specifically South Florida? Also, how difficult or problem-causing is remapping?

It was tuned prior to the delete and was driven from the welding shop to the tuning shop with no issues (about 50km). Re-Tuning for new performance and DPF/SCR/UREA Delete is currently in progress. Likely keeping the EGR closed as well. I would expect results today or next week sometime.

No before dyno unfortunately. They loaded the beta tune last week and tested it...reported 400hp and 700tq but the egt's were too hot so they're reducing it a bit. I think these numbers are crank representations.
