Looks great. Is your car also lowered?

I thought of doing a factory LED conversion too, but digging around, it seems like a pain

Yes, lowered on H&Rs.
Headlight conversion is a bit of a PITA, but I've done three of them, so it becomes a bit easier once you've done it a few times. It's just an expensive upgrade when you consider the age and value of the vehicle.

I bought a set of plug n play LED replicas off ebay to put on my last e70 and they actually looked really good... the headlight performance wasn't as crisp as OEM and You would loose the adaptive function... but a good choice if you want the look, but don't want to spend a ton of money.

I live in an area with no road lights at night, so the adaptive function is something I would like to keep.

Was there a reason why you went with H&Rs instead of coilovers (KW V3)? I am debating between KW V3, Dinan (0.75"), and H&R (1.2"). H&R (2") might be too much for me.

Also, I thought about retrofitting F85 X5M seats into my car. Has anyone done that in the forums here? I know F8x seats have been put into E9x M3s, with some wiring.

I connected with Atlantic ship on ebay. It was not cheap: it has to be an M specific wheel with paddles and heated (very rare).
