2012 35i X6 - Aero Kit and Other Mods
11/13/11 - PICS updated.
Here's a list of the mods I've done so far: - BMW OEM Aerodynamic Body Kit (bumper, side sills, back peice) - BMW OEM clear side reflectors - BMW OEM black kidney grills - De-badged the sides - Hamann matte black "Anniversary Evo" 22" wheels with Pirelli Scorpions - LUX Angel Eyes V3 Halos - H&R Sport Springs (2" drop front, 1.2" back) - Akrapovic carbon fiber exhaust tips - Hamann black aluminum pedals and foot rest Let me know if you guys have any other ideas for mods as I'm always looking for suggestions and ideas. The only thing I have left is some coding work. Considering a big brake kit, and a power upgrade. Last edited by GameTheory; 11-14-2011 at 10:11 AM.. |

Yeah, the pics are really bad quality, sorry. I snapped them quickly last night when I picked my car up (as evidenced by my girlfriend photobombing in the background), I'll update with some better pics in sunlight after I get back from vacation.
By then, I'll probably have most or all of the rest of the mods done, anyways. |

Brian,
Noticed you are located in NorCal - do you know any reputable shops in the Bay Area that can throw my springs on quickly and for a reasonable price? Want to minimize the time my car spends in the shop. Thanks. |

Yep, we are located in Santa Clara, California. Give Sonic Motorsports a call. We typically refer our installs out to them. Let me know if you need anything else!

Thanks for asking. Car is in the shop today actually putting on H&R sport springs (2" drop in front, 1.2" in back), LUX LED Halos, Akrapovic carbon fiber exhaust tips, and Hamann anodized black aluminum footrest and pedals.
On Saturday, the car will be getting some coding work done. The guys at FierceSpeed / Hamann are shipping over a back license plate and once that's here they'll borrow the car for a proper photo shoot. Work has been crazy lately so just getting around to alot of this stuff...but I'm pretty sure we're close to being finished. Last thing I may purchase is some carbon fiber eyelids/eyebrows. Will keep you guys updated and post new pics soon! |

Very nice. How do you find the ride with H&R springs? Anymore photos of the x6 full shots? Also size tire in the rear?

I posted all the ones I took, but I think the FierceSpeed/Hamann NA guys will be borrowing it for a shoot. Tires are 295/30/22 103 in the front and 335/25/22 105 in the back. Not alot of sidewall on these bad boys. |
