Thanks.

The two colors the wife hates the most or likes the least.

Red exterior / light interior.

You got a nice ride there and the mileage is great

Thanks, 1 of 30 produced. Good luck with your search tho. I'm sure there's something out there the Mrs. will enjoy. You just have to be very patient.

Saw something Nice @ car Max but the no haggle price is ridiculous for a 2013.

Also, would have to pay 850 more to transfer it to Chicago.

Need to talk to my wife. LOL

Never mind. No heated seats /wheel. Terrible for Chicago

You mind telling me how many 2014 X6m space gray with Silverstone full perforated leather were made? Build date was Feb 2014.

This is not mine/no affiliation, but I came across it yesterday on AutoTrader. It's my own vehicles twin, never seen this combo before. Combo being - 50i + M Sport + Alpine/Cinnamon + 3rd row. User 'SickFinga' on these forums has production data on all BMW's going back to 1984, he confirmed only 25 X5's w/ this combo were built for the U.S., and those 25 spanned 3 model years, 2011-2013.

Anyhow, not sure if it's a garage queen but miles are quite low in comparison to most 2012 X5's, and it's very well optioned. Also not a 2013 like you wanted, but just 1 year older, and not too from Chicago where you are...

Alpine white cinnamon/ msport is amazing.

I was avoiding All 50is due to the n63 engine.

These cars are at a point where they are bargains price wise for the driving experience.

I'll look into the service history. Thanks for he mention

Yep, I searched forever before finding this combo. Just found out last week there were only 25 built and I didn't want a 2011, so I guess I was quite fortunate to find mine some years back. Probably just 15-20 2012/2013's built like this one.

Agreed, it's a lot of vehicle for the $ right now. This one I linked to was $80,395 brand new according to my calcs. Somebody could get it today for $20,000 I'm certain.

Wow, what happened? You didn't get impatient & give up your search did you? Remember mine? Here's where it eventually wound up: https://cpo.bmwusa.com/used/2013-BMW...1596?zip=91602 I know, I know the color combination...But the dealer CPO'd it for an additional year even though the factory warranty expired!

Wow! The pictures look great.

So here is how it played out kinda.

I was looking and looking and didn't find something that worked. I was still eager and excited until the wife pushed back.

She was worried she would have issues being stranded with any e70. She doesn't have the same passion for the hydraulic steering that I do.

So i immediately started working on a different option. I wanted a new x5 (g05) but the price was around 70k once I checked all the boxes (msport, heated seats , hud, etc.)

There was a Local low mileage 2013 e70 but the seller wanted $40k. 29k miles, N55s, adaptive suspension silver on oyster. I didn't mind the color combo but wife didn't like it. I offered 30k but the guy didn't accept. I felt I was already paying top top dollar.

So I went to the dealership and looked around and noticed the x4 and x2 had trunks with a bump that would keep thing from rolling out.

X2 was small once we dragged the kids to the showroom . X4 was big enough and there was a red leather interior. Got a 10 % discount Minus incentives (3500) and a very solid number on my X3 and the rest is history.

I'll still have an eye out there for a 3rd car because these things are getting very affordable.

Thanks! Wow, sounds like you really did your homework, the wife notwithstanding! You're referring to trunk money on the X4, correct? Post up some pics when you have time. Re: E 70's, I think they still have a way to drop, especially with the G05 M around the corner In any case, I hope you & the wifey enjoy your new X in good heath. Cheers!
