BMW E70 valve seals replaced
BMW dealer replaced the valve seals on my BMW X5 50i E70. Does anyone know whether I have to drive it gently (<3K rpm) for the next few thousand miles? Should I do an earlier oil change? And how do I prevent the oil burning down the future (e.g., oil sealer kits, cats)?

Mine are getting done now. I'd like to know this as well.

Um, shouldn't the dealer tell you the appropriate procedure after this sort of repair work?? (if there is any)
