X5 Off-Roading
I took my 2006 X5 4.8is off-roading the other day, so I decided to take a few pics of the X5 and my 330
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=79154 This is the link to the pics on the E90 Forum. And by the way, has anyone driven both the 2006 4.8 and the New 2007 4.8? If so could you possibly let me know what you think, is it worth buying a new one, is it fast, etc. Thanks Chase |

DO NOT BUY THE NEW 4.8i, i also have a 4.8is, the only thing that comes close would be the cayenne turbo, but their should be a new high performance version of the new x5 coming out pretty soon, i think i'll go for that one.

Yup, September is what I heard. The old one is much more fun (my ex-gf had a 4.6is), but the new one is more refined and larger . Personally, I'd keep the old .

wow......i cannot believe this thread is still up
well just to fill everyone in......I totaled my 330i im still upset every time i think about it. we decided that since i was going to school in maine, needed a 4x4, and that i really loved off roading......dad decided i should go with a real 4x4 that was built to off road so i went with a Toyota FJ cruiser 2008 TT edition. I really like it alot, but it is just so different from the 330i and i am pretty sure that I am going to go with an older M3 for my next purchase. My dad got ride of the X5, it started to have too many problem, wonder why lol and now he is look for the next ride, leanin toward the X5M or the X6 4.8 Well anyway i was just amazed to see this thread still here and by the way here are some pics of my new FJ and the old 330i, wow do i miss it
