Theft of sat nav head unit, idrive and gear stick

Hi as the title suggests i suffered a theft by some scum bags. I was wondering if i bought all the missing components i could simply plug them all in or would they need coding to work. Ive also seen a relatively cheap head unit and sat nav on ebay in lithuania and wondered if that would work also ive attached an image hopefully you can view and yes it looks like they had a party in there with the cigarettes and drink. Thanks in advance for any advice

According to the instructions on the TIS on how to replace the CID, no coding require. https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/e...ay-cid/OnBiURr. The same for the controller. https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/e...soles/ByWZwbrx

So I've replaced all the missing components and the battery which was also knicked . But the only thing that happens is that the park indicator in the dash lights up and nothing else I cant start the car turn on the radio or operate anything . I did buy a cheap halfords battery which was around 100 quid the one eurocar parts recommend is around 400. Does anyone have any idea what may be the problem. Thanks
