Doesn’t make much sense since their post on Facebook said they got a 8-speed e70. Diesels were not offered with that transmission

Edit:Unless euro cars had an 8-speed diesel?

Edit2: 8hp transmission was available in Europe for the diesel cars. Hoping they share the same ECUs so cracking one will unlock it for the rest of us

Most recent feedback I received from the guys at xHP was that it would come in a couple of weeks but would be released for the diesels first (Euro spec I guess)

We're hopeful. They said 8 speed for e70, but then didn't specify until later that it was for the diesel version first.

Us n55's have to wait a little (probably much) longer.

That is correct. This is the statement I received directly from Clemens Muehlbacher at RBT Tuning:

"First supported one will be the E70 8-Speed 30d and 40d. The 50d and 35i will follow after that. Expect it in around 2-3 weeks."

I assume he means the 30d/40d release will come in 2-3 weeks and hopefully the 35i shortly after that. I sent a message back asking for clarification, but haven't gotten a response.

See above.
I did the same with Chris at XHP. He has been very helpful through this year. I have emailed him asking for this for a while now and I cant wait!

I am now reaching 20psi on E30 mix and hitting torque limiter parameters in the transmission. Luckily with MHD I found the sweet spot using boost by gear and 4th-6th has to be down to 80% power.

Pure stage 2 soon!

My PS2 launching is really lazily compared to when it really gets going. Twisted told me that its a gearbox characteristic. I really need this XHP thing for the platform!!

Awesome!!! Cannot wait!

I have has to turn power by gear down in 4-6th gear because it makes so much torque on e85 the computer closes the throttle

I think I was one of the first few to get it done.

It makes it a different animal when you remove all the torque limits and the shifts are Super crisp.

Mhd 2+ together with xhp stage 3 is good enough for most!

But you absolutely have to do xhp , trust me.
