Help needed by obtaining the correct wiring harness

Good morning all,

I would like to change the main wiring harness of my E70 LCI. When I look to the Realoem website, there are three part numbers for this cable, see also the attachment. There is no explanation about the differences between the three cables...

To obtain the correct cable :
- Where can I find the partnumber on the main harness of my E70 LCI?
- Does anyone know what the differences between the three numbers are?

For something that involved I might consult the BMW dealer to get the right part.

What are you hoping to achieve?
