Guts of the aux coolant pump
I had 3 of these go out in the past 2k miles, thinking perhaps the weeping heater valve might be creating air pockets. Figure I open up this one and noticed the holding pin with clip was popped loose creating the racket. Installing a new heater valve, rebleed, and see how number 4 goes. All new BMW units, no hoses were pinched.
