Glow Plug 6 Control Circuit High - CEL P067F

I'm new to this forum. I bought a used 2011 X5D with 80K earlier this year. The X5 is in great condition and hasn't given us any issues until the CEL came on.

My code reader shows the following code: P067F, Glow Plug 6 Control Circuit High

I've had many BMWs (a GS1200 Adv, 2002, '88 M3, and a '97 M3), but this is my first diesel.

Google searching did not reveal much info on the code P067F, nor did a search of this forum.

Anyone with diesel experience/advice would be appreciated. Thanks, TRB
