NBT EVO Retrofit TPMS Question

Hi,

For those who have done the NBT Retrofit, does your TPMS display (under Vehicle Status) work correctly?
I recently looked at mine to see what the pressures looked like, and the value is wrong for both PSI and kPA, but correct for bar.
It looks like the values are being reported correctly by the TPMS system, but the NBT isn't converting from bar to kPA or PSI correctly.

Here are my tire pressures (measured with my gauge):
LF: 31 PSI / 2.17 bar
RF: 31 PSI / 2.17 bar
LR: 33 PSI / 2.27 bar
RR: 33 PSI / 2.27 bar

Anyone else seen this issue, and if so how did you resolve it?

Thanks in advance,
John

Hi,

Had no luck so far... replaced the RDC (TPMS) module with a newer SW version/part number and no joy...

Based on input from BimmerRetrofit, I've been checking the code/firmware revision in my modules:
KOMBI - Stores the units/date/time etc information
RDC - TPMS module

Can you help by posting info from your UIF screen from INPA for the above 2 modules:

Module ZB No.
KOMBI 9236812
RDC 6785279

I have a 2/2008 build date, and others in the same range with TPMS/NBT working?
BR says they have never heard of this issues on an E70 before, but maybe I have the oldest build date...???

Thanks in advance,
John

Update...

The great support team at Bimmer Retrofit provided a Firmware update for their eNBT adaptor and I now have all units (PSI, Bar and kPa) for the TPMS in the NBT Evo.

Thanks for your awesome support Bimmer Retrofit, Andrew Rocks!

John

They sent me a 2.70j last night and it's what I'm using now.
Andrew mentioned applying the patch and posting it.

You might want to contact him to see about getting the latest.

Thanks,
John

Hey John !
I have recently retrofitted NBT ID4 on my E90 BMW, but I only have Tire pressure display and I can't have tire temperature display. Does your NBT display temperature as well as pressure or pressure only ?
Thanks !
