E70 35i electrical malfunction

Hey guys I'm stumped. My buddy's 2012 e70 35i is having massive electrical problems. Found 4in of water in the passenger front engine compartment where the ISM is.

Replaced the JBE
Replaced the ISM

The car goes crazy, idrive screen blinks, reboots, eventually freezes and the controller no longer works.

ISTA cannot get into the car with all the stuff that is happening. Even when it does, plenty of red modules

Under the rear, between muffler and rear subframe IIRC.
