It takes awhile to recover from having dropped a plate on it. Like I said before, I've done it and it's the worst pain ever!

Did actually "pop" it while he was massaging, immediate reduction in pain/pressure on that knuckle, then sent home to do Epsom salt soaks. SO MUCH BETTER, and only cost me $20.

Wife had called all her family looking for a recommendation, they all replied with one she doesn't like, so she asked Google. I was surprised how many choices there were!

Yeah I went tio my chiropractor a few weeks ago and he tested mobility and said everything seemed fine. Told me to do the standard rotations with dumbbells in various positions, but I've always done those to be proactive with rotator cuff health.

But after it popped, it felt like it was in its natural position. I told my wife about it and she had started rubbing CBD oil on it a few days ago. Now she thinks that's what fixed me. I didn't tell her about the dead-lift session.

I'm not saying anything....she can have her moment.

Mine was worse for me because it was partly my fault as I should have been watching.

BRO! I took this to heart, and realized I'm only in 5' of water at the most, so I'm not going to actually drown. I can just stop and stand at any point if I really have to. Just keep the rhythm going, stretch out and let the strokes glide the body thru the water. Even with the extreme chop from 4 guys playing football 3 flies up last night, I finished my 1100 in 40 minutes

Stuck at 193.

That's why I like it...no one to get in my way.

Had a really good back workout. I can tell I will be sore later.

Not a lot of that going on even when it's crowded.

I go to the oldest gym in my town. It's a hardcore hole in the wall.

Only time we get any of that around is during contest season which is June-August. And believe me it isn't much as the women are more "jacked" than most of the men.

Occasionally you get some nice figure competitors in there though!

Nice! You sound like me.

I know when not too, but have found ways to train around injuries.

So getting my stuff together to head out for the gym. Today is simple....ARMS!!!

And some other auxiliary exercises. I woke up earlier than normal, so I had a nice omelette and a piece of whole grain toast with fresh honey, and a banana on top of that.

Just something light as I typically never eat before the gym. But since I'm back to bulking, have to take advantage of any chance I get!

Weigh-in was 202.4lbs this morning, and I'm officially down to a "4 pack". But I'm going to keep going as the weights I'm pushing are skyrocketing. I have already had to start breaking into my larger shirt side of the closet.

Well I'm jealous of the eye candy you get to see everyday!!!

I'll take early morning silence vs. a crowd of out of shape people in my way.

If my gym was like your gym is, I would definitely go at a different time. Not quite sure if I would be able to get a proper workout in.....but I would be all in for some different scenery!

I have chest today need to program a good one. Ended up doing nice workout. Incline bb press 3x5 at 235 paused reps for my progressive overload, db flat with slow negatives for eccentric work, a seated cable for my metabolic overload work, then did some football bar bench and trap work also.
