E70 n63 engine rotation

Well I'm replacing a special part and was wondering on the rotation of the engine when running. Facing the vehicle does the engine rotate clockwise or counter clockwise and is it necessary to rotate back. Beer

Always clockwise when facing the engine. Do NOT back rotate. If you miss your mark, go around again.
