Hey Members,

Currently have 1 refurbished handheld for E7X X5M/X6M (pricing does not include shipping).

Below is some information about the tune. If you want more information can check out the thread in each respective forum or can PM, email at stephen@velosdesignwerks.com.



Peak Gains:

80HP @4550 rpm
120lb ft of torque @ 4550 rpm



Advantages:

Access to Multiple tunes (ie factory file)
No need to remove ECU
Quick Turnaround
Ease of upgrade down the road if needed

Our performance software will add peak gains of roughly 80Hp and 120 lb ft of torque.

Some questions--and pls forgive my ignorance...

--Do they come pre-loaded w/ the performance tune & no need to send in ECU, so plug & play?
--Quick turnaround on what, considering no need to remove ECU?
--Extra for catless DPs?
--Can stock tune be reloaded & would it be detectable @ dealer for warrantied vehicles?
--At resale time, can it be sold to someone else once the stock tune is loaded into vehicle it came from?

You dump your ECU, email the file to to Velos they tweak it and send it back with the tune. You then flash your ECU with the modified file using the OBD flasher.

Stage 2+ its called. Don,t think it was extra.

Yes, you just flash back your stock file.

The device can be sold but the purchaser will need to buy the tune.


I love the tune and for this price its a steal. I pass NYS inspection with catless DPs and the car is an animal. The customer service is aces as well.

Stateneye seems to have answered everything pretty much haha. The handheld itself is just a communication tool and gets married to the VIN so the person its sold to would need to pay to get it unlocked and like he said purchase the tune itself.

Yeah buddy its running great!! To anyone who is questioning this just do it. Its really worth it.
