Heads up on the UUC lines - I placed an order and waited 2 months, kept giving me the run around. Ended up having to pursue a chargeback with the CC company because they would not cancel/refund, and kept telling me it would ship out in a couple days, it was a nightmare. Went with the ECS lines and got them in a week. This was a year back though.

The two lines under the rear differential are the hardest. I think almost impossible to install on the X5M without dropping the diff.

Dude don't let him scare you. I'm not sure what happened with his transaction with UUC but I had mine like 3 days after ordering them. However they aren't the only option as ECS makes a kit as well. Yes there is a difficult aspect to installing the two lines that run across the rear but if you don't want to install them then just install the four that connect to the rotors. Or have a shop do it, which is what I did. I'm not sure but having an aftermarket exhaust might help in accessing the areas needed to install the two cross lines in question as you don't have a giant muffler in the way...idk though

Coffee

I can't even take a picture that accurately represents how much of like a "fat" stance this car has. I wish I could

I'm basically done, I'm definitely not going to get to the level you and gixxxer and others are at. I just wanted a real clean OEM look so I'm pretty much there. I'll probably try and make it just a bit faster and louder in a few months. Speaking of I also got these the other day lol

Trucks in the shop for the brake job and a little check up. I've been getting increased battery discharge, obviously this is common in the winter months or so I've read. I've ordered that "recommended" charger from amazon lol. Hope to be back to posting pictures of my stock x5m again soon

Cheers

I'm going to go to a 15mm in the front in the near future...I'm perfectly happy with where the rear wheel sits in the fender but the fronts could use some work

A few more quick pics I took of the x5m and my coworkers s3r m3...I was very happy with the performance of my stock x5m vs a modded (intake/exhaust/etc) but yet what he said was a "detuned setup" on a infinitely lighter performance vehicle on the few runs we got in last night

Great information and nice pictures. I just purchased a stock 2011 Carbon black on Silverstone, it was posted in the classifieds. I am hoping to have it delivered within the next week or so. I would love to meet up sometime and chat as I am local.
