Correcting the E82 speedometer via coding

Hello, is there anyone who has already corrected the speedometer for an E82 with NCS Dummy and NCS expert, because I would need some guidance. I have on other forum that I have in the KMBI_PL2_C0X but I don't know it's what it is because I have from 05 to 09.
After I have to change the value of these two things K_ZHAL_TACHO and K_ZHAL_TACHO_KOMPAL. because to summarize for problem I have an error of 20km / h between the reader made with the needle and the digital one. the digital is my good real speed

you should use Perfekt Toolbox for this task and or open the KOMBI and manually move needles.
If they are not correct, then someone already opened kombi.
