Full Shoot - One X5M with balls!!
This isn't your ordinary BMW X5M, this one sure has balls!
The owner of this sexy X5M wanted to stand out from the pack and with the wheel set up he chose, he really does stand out and it looks pretty damn GOOD!! Can't wait to get this monster reshot in the Spring when it has the many more mods the owner has planned! Big thanks to Chris from C3 Photography for the amazing shoot! Let us know what you think!

Those are some super wide 22's. I love the stance on that thing. Can anyone tell me the specs on those wheels and tires? i have been planning on getting new 22's on my X6 because the ones I have now have worn off on me and my baby needs some shoes. Ilike the stance on that X5M so I would like to do something similar if i could get the specs... thanks alot.

They look like mine but the back wheels look like there are some big spacers in there (I have spacers in the front).
335/25/22 105 in the rear and 295/30/22 103 in the front is what mine are. |

Thanks game Theory and E kay 9. I am taking notes. I currently have spacers on my rear wheels as well but when the sping comes in, I will definetly go for a set up like you guys have. thanks for the advice. my baby needs a new pair of shoes, lol. I been rocking the set of 22's for three years now, and they are not in bad shape, but its time for an upgrade.

Really dumb question but I have my tires at the recommended X6 PSI with the Pirellis but recently I think my tires look flat (especially compared with your pictures) - I know the max PSI for the Pirelli's is significantly higher (51 or so) than the recommended X6 PSI - what do you keep yours at?

Just from my experience, I have gone with aftermarket wheels and low profile tires on every car i have owned and I have always reffered to the reccomendations on the tires themselves, not what is in the actual car manual or on the inside of the driver's door because those specs are for the OEM tires, not for our fancy "shoes" lol. What I normally and continue to do is verify the MAX PSI note on the side wall of the aftermarket tires, then subtract that by 4 to allow for expansion. The tires i am riding on now says 50 PSIMax, so I set my PSi at 46-47. Then I usaually just check the PSI in each tire monthy to make sure i don't have any leaks happening. Like i said, I have done this with 4 cars over the past 13 years, and have never experienced any problems with custom wheels and tires. Some might say that hovering so close to the Max PSI will make the ride seem a lil harsh, kinda like riding on RFTs, but I have found that it does add a bit more protection to the rim while running on rough roads like they are in NYC. That is just my humble opinion However. I hope this information helps you out. Enjoy that beautiful machine you got!

Since the Max PSI on those Pirelli's are 50-51, i would go with 45 PSI as well. Your tires shouldn't look flat after that, and it would add protection to your rims when you come accross unavoidable bumps in the road. Of course you know the temperature plays a factor in this situation as well, and though it is betweem 30 - 40 degrees on my side of town, i see that you are in beautiful CA, even if the weather is still nice out there, 45 PSI will not put you in danger of over inflating your tires. the Areo kit looks awesome in white BTW. OP, sorry for going off topic, but I will be using your contact for a nice set of wheels really soon! Your X5M pics with those incredible wheels have inspired me to swich it up for spring time once the snow fall is done here. Thanks man.
