Horn Doesn't work, and Airbag Light

Hey all! I have had this problem since last week, where the Fault Code 93B4, Driver Side Airbag Fault. However, I noticed that my Horn also does not work. I do not know if they failed at the same time, I Cant remember the last time I wanted it until a few days ago.. hah! But isn't it ironical that both of these items go out at the same time? Perhaps related to each other? Could it be something called a clock spring? Is this easy to tackle at home or is this more of a specialist job?
