N55 downpipe install NEED HELP

I bought a catless DP from a member here on the forums, it's a VRSF DP but for a f10. I've read many times over that it will fit and well I had it installed this past week, by and bmw tech. The f10 VRSF DP fit but now I'm getting a rattle and the tech is telling me the rattles are coming from the exhaust flaps ( read tons about this happening ) and the fact that the downpipe does not have hangers/brackets. So it's not only rattling from the exhaust flaps but also from from the DP. I've looked at pictures upon pictures and trying to search forums left and right to see if anyone else has had this problem? Anyone experience anything like this? Once I get the car back , tech it looking it over, I'll post a video.

Any update? Maybe try asking the VRSF guy on this forum...

When the downpipes are bolted up it shouldn't rattle unless it's hitting something. Which really wouldn't surprise me based on the shit fitment of the VRSF downpipes. I had to force mine to fit.

Ayaxe60 the tech that installed it did something because the rattle is nowhere near as bad, He claims he did nothing but I doubt that. I'll have it on a lift next week to check it out myself.

9vapors been reading a few threads and talking to other owners, I'm guessing it's the fact that the DP doesn't have any mounting points like the oem DP. Might get some tabs welded on to see if it helps.

Did you replace the 4 gaskets? Two turbo and 2 bottom flange? Not sure if yours has the slip flange or not.
