Air suspension pump died!

Sounds like my air suspension pump died, although it still works, just making a loud rattling noise. Had new airbags put in 6 mths ago, so it can't be the airbags. Either the pump or the seals or something? The back axle is almost resting on the wheels now, lol

Exactly the same case for me a few weeks ago. After a quick check with soapy water on the valve block and on air lines, i decided to open the pump : it was the little circle springs on the top of the piston head. They were dirty, making an air leak. I advice you to open your pump before ordering a new one to check these pieces.

How do you get to it? It seems its on the passenger side somewhere beside the engine and behind the wheel well.

Well, according to the warranty, it should be covered:

"Electronic High-Tech: Pneumatic suspension level control compressor, sensors & limiter valve;"

Sounds like the air suspension.

Not very difficult, you need to jack up the car, disassemble the plastic panel on the passenger side with 10mm socket, then the compressor is just under, holded by three 10mm bolts.
This video helped me a lot :

Well, it was the compressor. Should be a pretty price part I think?

Around 250$ for the compressor, add couple hours for labor if you don't want to do it yourself.

$250?? crazy. The dealer fixed it under warranty, cost me just $100 deductible. But, the total price was $2K. $1500 for the compressor, and $500 for labor. So, is that an Ebay part or what? Anyways, all fixed, and running better than ever. I think it was leaking for a while or not pumping it up all the way, as it was all bouncy, and that, but now it's better. I lowered it about 2 inches though, so can't expect a smooth smooth ride

Down here in the states, the Arnott is going for about 650-700 online, Bilstein is down in the 4-500 range, but the MSRP is $1313, so $1500 cad sounds about right for the paperwork.

I would love to see where anyone is getting a quality part for $250.
