I beleive he's referring to a cover that covers the whole hitch attachment like the invisible hitch.

Ah, gotcha. Thank you for the clarification. I had no idea haha. The OEM setup is designed differently in comparison to Invisihitch or Stealth Hitch.

You can't get a cover to cover this type of hitch. Invisi hitch is the only way to go and hence the price.

I have a buddy that tows his track car on a trailer for race days and another that tows a boat without any issues. They also daily drive them and haul the family around on vacation. They both love their X5Ms and don't plan to replace it with anything else.
