Valvetronic Servomotor Fix?

Has anyone ever successfully just replaced the wire loom on the Valvetronic Motor without having to replace the internal costly and expensive Valvetronic Servomotor parts? I scanned three times with ISTA-D and found these codes. 002DD6 and P10E2 Thank you for any direction.

I'm pretty sure the second code is for the sensor.

Sensor is more likely to fail than the actual motor. What is making you ask that question?

Thanks for the reply,
Do you have any experience with ISTA-D/P and also can I ask why you think the second code is for the sensor?

Valvetronic Servomotor Wire Loom Replacement

Well, unfortunately no help replacing the wire loom at the Valvetronic Servomotor.
Scanned again with ISTA-D and this same fault error code is present. 002DD6 and SAE Code P10E2 the reading on the Valve Angle 179 Grad.
Vehicle condition is the same "Crank no Start"
Looks like time for the "Stealership"

Is it a current code, or an older saved code? Delete it and take for a drive, see if it returns? If it is current/returns, sounds like a communication error rather than mechanical.

You've probably already seen this post, but it lays it out pretty well... either the motor itself or some wiring: https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1536073
